Pretty Much Like Working in Silicon Valley but With the Benefits of European Working Ethics
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Cutting-Edge-Technologies, development of deep tech for the industry, usage of modern languages and libraries and insanely skilled colleagues.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I personally don't believe Synergeticon is for everyone. You have to enjoy responsibility and independent working and also be interested in modern technologies in order to fulfill yourself here.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Work on making the working environment more attractive. The office is pretty far from the city centre and food in the cafeteria is rather expensive. No benefits for any free time activites and lack of events also doesn't help.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
You work surrounded by very talented individuals and an amazing team spirit.
Work-Life-Balance
Several Benefits (homeoffice, office flexitimes) enable working that is tailored to my personal needs. On rare occasions where working overtime is needed there is no problem reducing the accured hours or getting adequate compensation in return. During my 3 years working at Synergeticon I had never trouble claiming my vacation or reducing overtime. Of course communication is key here.
Gehalt/Benefits
Outstanding wage for students, decent wage for employees.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Synergeticon is a contributer of several social projects like ProTechnicale and hold dear modern ethical values like digital rights. But in my opinion we could still do a lot more as a company that aims to drive forwards automated industry solutions. I hope as Synergeticon grows they will also grow their social contribution.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I am very delighted with the colleagues surrounding me and feel like they always care about my concerns and opinions. I have never experienced any sort of shortcomings in this regard.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Younger colleagues are happy to learn from experienced colleagues. However generally speaking the team is rather young.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I experienced several occasions where the executives of Synergeticon took their time to mentor and share their knowledge with employees. Their behaviour towards me has always been fair and humanistic.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Office is rather annoying to get to. Pretty far away from the city center. Food in the cafeteria is expensive.
Kommunikation
Short decision paths and flat organization make you feel like your opinion actually matters and influences the outcome of the digital services. However sometimes meetings and communication overall might seem a litte anarchic.
Gleichberechtigung
I never experienced anything else but diversity, inclusion and respect for one another at Synergeticon.
Interessante Aufgaben
Cutting-Edge-Technologies, development of deep tech for the industry, usage of modern languages and libraries and a very skilled team. For me personally this is as much silicon valley as it gets for german standards.
