Es macht wirklich Spaß im Team neue Konzepte und Ideen auszuprobieren. Erfolg wird dann auch allen zugesprochen und man fühlt sich super eingebunden in den Arbeitsprozess. Sehr flexibler Job mit Home Office und trotzdem ein guter Kommunikationsfluss. Arbeitgeber sind sehr locker, aufgeschlossen und arbeiten sehr gut im Team.
Da gibt es wirklich wenig; vielleicht, dass man nicht alle Kollegen sehr gut kennt, weil es nur monatlich Treffen gibt und dann nur mit dem eigenen Team. Auf einer Weihnachtsfeier hatte ich aber die Möglichkeit, auch die anderen kennenzulernen.
Ich war überwiegend im Home Office aber bei Treffen mit anderen Kollegen war es immer eine lockere Atmosphäre, jeder kommt zu Wort und man arbeitet wirklich zusammen an Konzepten und Ideen.
Sehr lockerer Umgang der Vorgesetzten mit uns Werkstudenten.
Sehr flexibel, gerade für Studenten, da ich im Office arbeiten konnte.
Gut und fair bezahlter Job!
Es gibt Raum eigene Ideen einzubringen, Vorgesetzte sind offen, Neues auszuprobieren.
As a freelance language trainer/teacher I wanted to give my students the best of my experience unfortunately the training formats I was able to provide precluded follow-thru in training. In other words, it was like "wam-bam thank you Mam". Being an embedded Incorporate trainer I have direct access to my students on their jobs, and get a unique insight into their work, their problems and their business.
Target has a flat managment structure that doesn't offer much upward mobility. However, this disappointment is offset by the lateral opportunities to earn more money such as giving seminars or developing materials.

When I was a freelancer (in competition with Target) I always wanted to be one of them. Now that I am I can understand the attraction I had. Thgey looked and acted professional.
Incorporate training positions are basically full time positions with competitive pay (I know because I was once a freelance trainer) and full benefits under German law.
Target rewards those seeking self-improvement. We are afforded the opportunity to attend formal and informal training on a regular basis. This year Target is hosting two training events each year at a kurort (resort) in the Taunus mountains for the employees.
In this business you always want more but you can't beat the pay for a 40 hour work week. I have full health insurance and get 30 days holidays per year.
Target devised a special scheme called "KH4C" (Know how for charity) in which employees compete by submitting English lesson plans evey quarter. The top seven are granted a monetary reward for their favorite charity.
Target has gone to great expense to encourage employee interaction because we are geographically seperated.
I started working for Target at the age of 51 ten years ago and have never had any reason to feel that I was being treated differently.
Target maagement structure is practically flat which allows the employees to quickly address their converns.
Again, this depends on what the customer provides and what you bring to the classrooom. Contractually we ar given workstations, mobile phones and whatever media is necessary to get the job done.
No complaints here because we have forums set up o facilitate communication.
I am black American and have never had cause for concern. In this business men are usually in the minority and the ladies have always treated us with respect.
As an embedded Incorporate trainer I've never had a boring moment. Roughly 20% of what I do call be called routine on a daily basis.

Everyone sems very committed to delivering quality training. There's a lot of freedom - and a lot of responsibility comes with it. This suits me just fine. The company is also pretty dynamic - it's small enough that things can change quickly and stuff gets done.
The company is very spread out which can lead to "islands" sometimes.
The culture inthe company is very relaxed and informal - but expectations are high. A bit clannish sometimes. Definetly a job for people who like to work and make a difference.
Almost everyone seems pretty proud and happy to work here.
For a training company the hours are surprisingly regular. Expect full days but you start in the morning and go home in the evening. No doughnut days, evening work or weekends thank god.
A lot of quality training opportunities are provided (weekend seminars are voluntary) plus they offer financial support if I find something relevant.
No complaints here. A full-time permanent contract with holidays, pension etc is really appreciated. Pretty rare in this business.
There's an environmental policy and some contributions to charity.
Expect to have more to do with your clients than your colleagues. Saying that they invest a surprising amount in social events and opportunities to meet other trainers. The annual BBQ is always great with really nice food and cocktails (prepared, cooked and served by the managers)
Very much a "family-style " company with all the positives and negatives this brings. All the management are still involved in training which helps to keep things real.
Regular podcasts, newsletters and a forum. The managers seems to share the good and the bad news.
A lot of freedom is given to understand and meet the client's needs. This means that I can make my job interesting myself and directly influence what I choose to do.
