RUN AWAY FROM TEAMVIEWER!!
What I like about the employer
Colleagues and the chance to relocate to Germany (but you will pay the cost of relocation if you leave the company during the 1st year)
What I dislike about the employer
Managers, work environment, HR... All the rest.
Suggestions for improvement
Change directors in all departments, evaluate managers performance and their bad practices and definitely stop harassing employees. Purge all the rotten people, starting from HR, following to VPs and managers.
Working atmosphere
REALLY TOXIC ENVIRONMENT
If you have career expectations, this is NOT your company. People who have no ethics nor principles and who sell at any cost, passing over colleagues and without respecting the "fair play" rules, are the only ones who are promoted to seniors and managers. Moreover, they are the ones who have no idea about managing teams and do not even have a sense of team spirit.
The directors promise to investors that the company will achieve unrealistic targets and basically it translates to a nonsense "Push, push!!" message from managers to sales reps.
At some point, when they decide that they do not want you anymore in the company, they start harassing, bullying and micromanaging you questioning everything you do and your performance.
Communication
They communicate poorly with employees. The "All hands meetings" are just the directors speaking without message.
Terrible management of the corona situation, never informing colleagues about positive cases and forcing everyone to work from the office anyway.
Collegiality
Colleagues are the only good thing that TeamViewer has. The company does not deserve such an amount of nice workers.
Work-Life Balance
They sell solutions for remote work but won't allow employees to do so. SO sad!
Leadership behavior
WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED
Starting from the directive board: Truly arrogant, greedy and selfish people, looking only to fill their pockets at any cost, cutting kickers and pay-outs from employees. Always looking for ways of making sales representatives more difficult to achieve their bonus, such a nice way to motivate them!
There are VPs who really would not survive in the real world (outside TV) and they really are questionable persons.
Sales Team Managers: Terrible, unexperienced kids playing to be managers, being in reality just puppets of the VP. That makes sense when you understand how rotten their "talent promotion" program is. The promotions are based on the sales performance, meaning that they promote "good" sales reps (they call them sharks, but they are more like vultures) to managers, meaning that they lose a sales representative who was performing and they gain a terrible selfish manager.
Interesting tasks
None, you will be doing repetitive boring tasks everyday.
Equality
They discriminate who is not German. Even from salary perspective, all non Germans are underpaid.
Interaction with older colleagues
There are none, noone stays or lasts in the company more than 3 years.
Environmental and social responsibility
They try to gain employees' trust by making events and promoting the alcoholism. Nothing else to expect from such a poor management.
Salary/Social benefits
They pay more in other competitors who have much lower turnover.
Career/Professional development
No chance to grow if you are a person with ethics.
