What I like about the employer
Mega interessant und herausfordernd. Interessante Kunden und Tätigkeit. Eigenverantwortliches arbeiten. Kreativ technisch.
What I dislike about the employer
Extrem viel Reisetätigkeit. es gibt Wochen das sieht man seine Familie am Wochenende sonst nicht. Keine Ausgleichstage bzw finanzielle Kompensation für Wochenendanfahrten, stattdessen Überstundenaufbau. „Wer nicht gut schwimmen kann, geht unter“. Learning by doing. Semioptimales teaching. Monatlich pauschales Abschneiden von 8 Überstunden. Reisetätigkeit inkl ÜN wird nur gesetzlich verpflichtend vergütet.

Der Kollegenzusammenhalt auf unterster Ebene - man hilft sich gegenseitig

Sobald unterschrieben wurde, erinnert sich niemand mehr an zuvor zugesagtes

Vorgesetzte ab Teamleiter nach oben austauschen - Mitarbeiter sind auch Menschen und nicht nur Vieh zum Ausschlachten

Die Atmosphäre ist durch Angst geprägt. Vor der Einstellung werden Dinge versprochen, die schon in dem Moment nicht mehr stimmen. Bsp.: Einarbeitung durch Kollegen B, der Kollege hatte jedoch schon zu dem Zeitpunkt gekündigt.

Mobbing ist noch gut geredet- es wird wohl über Leichen gegangen. Ein Kollege musste seine aufgrund familiärer Verhältnisse seinen Wohnsitz verlegen- hatte um Möglichkeiten gefragt- wurde übelst verleumdet und gemobbt

Investition in das Personal und Wertschätzung des Personals ist direkt verkaufsfördernd. Die Personaldecke sollte verbreitert werden. Personalführung ist auch etwas was man lernen kann!
