The working atmosphere is very pleasant. All employees are very focused on their work and driven to do their job well, at the same time the atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly. When you see each other in person in the coworking space, we pretty much enjoy each other's company.
Work-Life-Balance
The working hours can be set by the employees themselves. We have regular meetings in the morning that we attend, but otherwise we are quite flexible. The workload is very pleasant, you are not forced to work overtime and the pressure is very pleasant
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Currently, there is no training budget. However, there are plans to create training opportunities in the future. Since you work closely with the founders, you are mentored and supported and also given regular feedback sessions on your own performance.
Gehalt/Benefits
TCC is a startup, so the salaries are accordingly. The salary could be better, but there are also some good benefits such as a ticket for public transport, urban sports membership or employee offers for sustainable labels.

You can't have a better team. Everyone is very supportive and makes sure the others are doing well. We also have regular team events on site in Berlin where we do workshops as well as recreational activities together. Everyone is always very fun and the team cohesion strengthens with each reunion.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Most employees work in a home office and it is rarely the case that you are in the coworking space with many people. For people who work remotely it is ideal, because you have the possibility to work from almost everywhere.
Kommunikation
For the fact that the company was built from scratch completely as a remote company, the communication is very good also thanks to many helpful tools. Sometimes there can be misunderstandings or difficulties when communicating only online but the team is constantly trying to improve communication and try different approaches.
