None of these categories really reflect the issue I had. When I joined, Thoughtworks presented itself as an uber progressive company in various ways. Right after I'd joined I realized that's been at least a slight exaggeration. And over the years it got worse. The progressive values have gotten more and more irrelevant, and even the technical excellence, while still ahead of many other companies, was pacticed inconsistently.
This may sound like a minor issue to complain about, but I couldn't bear the hypocrisy anymore looking at the internal and external communication.
