Notoriously overworked

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Creative environment. Super friendly collegues. Occassional events. Office dog. Small team. Fast communication as you are working in the same room.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
No constant, no mission statement, under pressure 24/7. Overtime is okay as long as it is compensated. Poor working conditions for fame and "honor" to work with models. High fluctuation of employees. Feels like everybody wants to leave in a minute and is looking for the next opportunity.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Hire enough employees for the extensive tasks. Comply with agreements.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Tense. You never know what's coming next. Not to requests from customers, which are always okay, but from the upper floors. There are no clearly defined areas of work and when these are discussed, they are not adhered to because everyone is supposed to do everything and be an expert in their field.

It is known as one of the toughest agencies in the industry. To work in and to be represented by. And it is.
Work-Life-Balance
The workload is enormous. 4 people are working on tasks usually handled by 6-7 people. Overtime is expected. You are expected to be available at any time. Day and night. This is not reflected in the salary.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
The company is very small, but open to promotions on the paper.
Gehalt/Benefits
On the very lower end of the spectrum in the industry. Salary does not reflect immense workload at all. Internships are longer than required or less compensated.

The agency tries to limit paper work and switch everything to digital. Very good concept.

Loved working with my collegues. You stick together, otherwise you are doomed

There were no older collegues. So nothing to say here.

Ups and downs. You never know where you're at. Although management continually seeks feedback on their own behavior and wants to improve, in the end they don't follow through.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Equipment is very good - new macbooks, iphones and everything you need.
Kommunikation
The communication is non-transparent and switches from super stressed to extremely happy in a minute. It's hard to concentrate on your own work because there are so many mood swings.
Gleichberechtigung
This is excellent. There are no differences between gender or religion.
Interessante Aufgaben
The tasks themselves are great. You work in an international environment with creative people, see people grow and ultimately contribute to their development.
