This company has improved so much over the last year. Concerns are heard and action is taken where needed. It also seems leadership tries to actively listen to people even though it is not always possible to do everything for everyone. My team is great and I have never had a better social environment at work in my life.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
There is room for improvement on the training front and also I do not see huge chances to ascend the career ladder but I might not even want to do that, so in the end it is all good.

There is no stress in my team even though there is a whole lot to do. I feel that my manager takes the necessary steps to keep stress away from me so I can concentrate on finishing my tasks.
