What I like about the employer
Die direkte Kommunikation innerhalb der Teams und der Umgang mit Fehlern - Wenn mal etwas schief läuft versteckt sich niemand davor, sondern es wird offen damit umgegangen, damit alle daraus lernen können.
What I dislike about the employer
Die langsame Reaktion auf neue Anforderungen. Durch die Pandemie musste auch hier eine Maßname ergriffen werden und der Wechsel ins HO verlief mehr als holprig. Die technische Infrastruktur muss unbedingt augebaut und auf einen einheitlichen Stand gebracht werden.

Die technische Infrastruktur ist ausbaufähig (Home Office, Tools).
