it is a part of Philips and after Philips acquired the company, management was forced to implement more fair salary policy and constantly enforcing improvement on company culture
However, there is a big resistance by the old management and it may take a lot of time

Company has a blame culture and it is a very sexist workplace, especially if you are working and/or interacting with a male dominant department
Company allows mid age male ego to take over and turn the workplace to their play ground
