Leadership team needs urgently some professional coaching on how to behave respectfully and professionally with humans without bullying them to a burn out or out of the company.

stop closing your eyes from the real problems. TIS was a great company to work for, but leadership team is full of unprofessional, disrespectful people, who only see their own gains, wondering how such people could even being hired by the board (Marlin private Equity Partners) in C-Level roles. No base for decision, this company could have been a massive success but there must be a different agenda as numbers are not being reached again.

Leadership still doesn´t understand that employees and managers are smart enough, to communicate properly to them.

Colleagues are fighting hard for each other when possible.

50-60 hour week, to high pressure from leadership.

massive behavior change after Leadership change February 2026, textbook workplace bully from Leadership, micromanagement, unrealistic deadlines/expectations, non-transparency towards me but me being blamed for things which where not communicated. No action / protection taken place from leadership after raising concerns.

Not bad in general due to the remote setting, but doing only the bare minimum around ESG for the sake of presenting something on the website is sad. especially because colleagues have a genuine interest to do things on a low budget.
