We need to work hard to keep TIS a good place to work! Sadly currently I am not convinced that we take the right measures.

Was perfect in the beginning but is slowly degrading. Not sure why though.

Nothing to complain about at least in product development.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The support of the direct manager is often missing. Team leads are not well enough enabled to decide on organizational topic in their field of influence. When hiring new colleagues the target team is not enough included in the decision process, here more engagement and transparency could be added.
Interessante Aufgaben
Work is challenging and you can influence your part of the whole product extensively. In this area product teams are empowered.

There is no discrimination by sex, age, sexual orientation or anything. Everyone has equal opportunity here.

Working environment is good at least at my location. Home office exists but it depends on goodwill of your manager.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Nobody seems to care here much for the environment, this could be improved a lot. Lately even bottled water in plastic bottles was added. A good level of social consciousness is existing here.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There should be a budget for your professional education, sadly this does not exist and it is purely based on goodwill of your manager.
