High flexibility, very interesting topics and gorwing market
Office is a bit far out of the centre of Munich, but nothing more is really bad.
super pleasant working atmosphere, as everyone works very independently, but there is still a strong team spirit
I've never seen such flexibility in a company. You can make private appointments and work as you like. I've never felt like I was being monitored or controlled. Of course, the workload can be high at times, which is normal for a young, growing company, but everything is within the 40-hour-a-week framework.
There's a high training budget that you can use however you like. Anything that helps you personally is approved, including online courses, language courses, books, conferences, and so on. It's great!
The company is still pretty young, but they pay pretty well for a company of this size. The variable component is quite low compared to the fixed salary, which is great for most people. They can definitely keep up with some of the better-paying companies out there!
Most colleagues travel by public transport, e-cars are available to employees at the weekend. In general, this fits in with the company's orientation
There aren't many older colleagues, but I've never heard anything negative
Managers take the time for dialogue and feedback, but allow employees to act with complete flexibility. Even after a relatively short time at the company, you already have complete freedom to organise your work.
In terms of IT, there is a choice between Apple or Lenovo and any accessories that are required are also procured. Everything has been great so far!
Some topics are never easy to communicate and more transparency is probably always possible, but very endeavoured and always open to feedback
Incredibly exciting market with great growth forecasts. Depending on your role, you can organise your tasks however you like and there are numerous exciting topics to get involved in. Absolutely brilliant!

Benefits sind richtig gut (kostenloses Lunch, Max BVA Zuschuss,etc)
Gerade scheint die Organisation (Produkt-bereich) um eine narzisstische Person herum reorganisiert zu werden
Diese stellt sich mit Vorgesetzten gut und behandelt Teammitglieder und andere Kollegen ohne Respekt
Die Kommunikation des gesamten Führungsteams muss stark verbessert werden
Aktionismus ist kontraproduktiv
Versprechen sollten gehalten werden ( ein mir bekannter Fall bei dem eine Person trotz vollmundiger Versprechen gekündigt wurde)
War super ist gerade komplett am Boden
Sehr flexibles arbeiten möglich (wird leider auch ausgenutzt)
Mülltrennung solala, viele (unnötige) Flüge von Vorgesetzten
