What I like about the employer
- Eine gute und offene Arbeitsatmosphäre
- Herausfordernde Aufgaben, die die persönliche Weiterentwicklung förderten
- Mitgestaltungsmöglichkeiten in der Mitarbeitergesellschaft (AG, 170 MA als Aktionäre)
Working atmosphere
da die meiste Arbeit in Projekten draußen beim Kunden stattfand, spielte die interne Arbeitsatmosphäre nur selten eine große Rolle
Salary/Benefits
- nicht super aber den Umständen entsprechend OK
Collegiality
Natürlich hatte jede/r immer viel zu viel zu tun, aber unter dieser Randbedingung war Zusammenhalt und Hilfsbereitschaft sehr gut

- Vertrauensvoll
- oft hilfreich, hinter dem MA stehend
- hätte manchmal noch kompetenter sein dürfen
Communication
- verbesserungsfähig hinsichtlich technischer Unterstützung, aber das waren eben noch die 90er Jahre
- vertrauensvoll, im Großen und Ganzen offen
Interesting tasks
- sehr vielfältig
- Selbststeuerung erwünscht, wurde gefördert
- Man konnte sich selbst Schwerpunkte suchen
