I understand that some positions require external headhunting support, but I’d like to share a few suggestions for improvement:
1. Communication on postponements or cancellations: It would be much better if candidates were informed directly, avoiding unnecessary intermediaries and the frustration that often results.
2. Changes in role scope: If the position’s focus or requirements change, please inform the candidate. This allows them to either adjust their preparation for the next interview or decide to withdraw from the process.
3. Feedback quality: Receiving a generic comment such as “lack of business knowledge” after two interview rounds feels quite unsatisfactory. Providing more specific and constructive feedback would be far more valuable for candidates.
Tell about some relevant projects, KPI's that I have worked with relevant for the position, how are the processes, tasks and set up of my current position
Edit: while I’ve had a very good communication with the recruiter for this position and they did reply after I reached out to them for a lack of feedback 2+ weeks after a final round. The process is still ongoing and basically I’d have to take the risk of waiting it out while they finish the final round interviews of several other candidates. While they seem to love everything I bring to the table , it still hasn’t been decided. This explains the crazy hiring timelines practiced by companies and I am more frustrated with that. No offence to the recruiter or the team and they seemed really nice but it’s about time they look into things and try to fix their hiring process. The timelines are really disrespectful and also the number of rounds for a coordinator level position is way too much. I stand by that
Original review: Absolutely disappointing experience tbh. I went up to the final round interview which was more than two weeks ago. I applied for the job on 8th April and the last round took place on 20th May. It was 5 full rounds including a very exhausting case study and tbh it’s a little too much effort for a position like this. I should have ran the other way when I read the other reviews over here and on Kununu describing their horribly lengthy process. I went ahead because the team genuinely gave off really nice vibes but I disliked the process. The last round was in-person and for 90 mins where I spoke to 4 diff people back to back in 30 min interviews each. Keep in mind, the interview rounds were 4 and a half hours in total, with a lot of time effort in a case study which should not have been this long. I will never understand the reasoning for this tbh and while they haven’t given me any feedback yet and was promised I’d hear back within the end of week, it’s been two plus weeks - absolute radio silence. I’ve decided to take another offer with a company which respects a candidate’s time and had way lesser rounds. Lesson learnt and if you can, say no to these many rounds. It’s ridiculous and a total disrespect for the candidate.
PS: please check if people are okay with the time you set for interviews and not just directly send them invites without even checking with them.
You can talk all about employer branding via social media and have a DEI committee, but this is enough proof that you don’t value potential employees time. No one expects a job served to us on a platter, but these many interviews and the way is conducted is ridiculous. It’s about time it’s fixed. Look at all the negative reviews.
Got ghosted after the first positive screening call with the HR rep. She told me in the call that she will recommend moving forward with my application to her manager and I will be informed within a week max. I was not informed of any progress, positive or negative, since then. Would've been nice to get some sort of reply, even if it's just automated.
Quicker feedback to the candidate about interviews / offers

Be truthful about the position and scope of work. Try to aim for a better candidate experience
I was really surprised of how fast the process was (2 weeks) and though I was warned it may come to delays in the process I was always kept up-to-date. I really cannot understand the other reviews, as this is not at all the experience I had.
My first call with the recruiter was great. She was engaged in the conversation, reacted to my answers and not giving me the impression I was in an interview. She made it clear what her goal of the interview was, also that the second round will be more job related and more in-depth role related questions would be asked. Also the given timeframe for feedback was absolutely ok.
During the second round I was asked more detailed questions and again got the chance to ask anything I wanted to know about the role, the team and development opportunities. The leads were also great and, all in all, I got the opportunity to experience people that are passionate about their company, product and collegues.
Tolles Start-up mit tollem Team. Sind ehrgeizig und professionell bei d. Arbeit.
So verdient kununu Geld.
