Arbeitsatmosphäre
When it comes to the office, it is magnificent and located at the heart of Munich. The office is modern, contains lots of entertainment spaces and relaxation area. There were also colleagues responsible for preparing lunch and dessert on specific days of the week. In fact, the kitchen is one of my favorite places. I also recall an area for our official band and a gaming space in the same area.
Kommunikation
The managers I had were absolutely fantastic. They were understanding, knew how and when to listen to their employees problems in order to avoid any trouble at work. No micromanagement, no pressure, lots of encouragement to learn and set personal goals.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I always had a good relationship with my colleagues but since I was friend with almost everyone I still noticed that there was tension between some colleagues. Also, although managers were trying to synchronize work, some people were a bit selfish, talking behind your back, spreading fake news and working in "clans".
