Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I worked in this office for 3 Months as Probezeit and during this time, everything was perfect; Team, atmosphere, project! Neither the Bosses nor the Projectleader gave me ANY BAD feedback during this time. They acted like everything is satisfactory and I believed it! Exactly after 3 Months, with NO REASON, they dismissed me ! They used me the whole time to bring the project to another phase and immidiately they substituted me with one of their own! The whole Company is a SCAM! THEY USE PEOPLE FPOR A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME AND NEVER CHANGE THEIR OWN CIRCLE OF EMPLOYESS! dont trust them, they changed my life´s path easily and they didnt even care to do so.

Communicate with the employees and give them feedback once in a while in order NOT to FIRE them out of the blue!
