Dear former employee, I am writing to you as site manager. You seem to have had some really bad experiences. I'm always amazed at how varied the comments are, from really good to really bad, it's all there. I don't want to tell you anything in total, you have had your experiences. Many stars that you give are dependent on the experiences. Some stars, however, I think are simply too unreflective. The salary, for example, is a tariff salary. The tariff is known to be one of the best paid for employees. Or the environmental awareness. We are a company working on the green drive technology of the future in e-mobility, have multiple environmental certifications. Interesting tasks is a matter of opinion, but I ask you, where are there currently more interesting tasks than in the development of the new drive technology? Finally, I would like to disagree with you about colleague cohesion. We have great colleagues, very good teams and very diverse and friendly cultures. 45 nations work together at our company. Perhaps you have had bad experiences, but the vast majority of our colleagues are real team players. That's why we have such successful growth. In the end, we don't seem to have been a good fit for each other, I'm sorry to hear that. I wish you all the best and more satisfaction for the future.
