Dear Employee, I am writing to you as a site manager. Thank you very much for your kind review. Your evaluation seems very detailed to me, I would be happy if we could exchange views sometime when the opportunity arises. I think your assessment of our coffee is correct, it could be better. I will try to change that. And if it is too noisy in your work area, please speak to your manager, we have furniture and decorative items that absorb the sound and thus reduce the volume. Perhaps you will allow me to do a little advertising for our site at this point. Are you already familiar with our Engagement Committee? Here, employees can actively influence well-being in the workplace. From workplace equipment to work models, from events to medical care. Interested? Or if it fits, we're still looking for participants for the "Genderdiversity" working group. There is a lot to do, feel free to help out in additional places.
