Happy with the training, all the staff are really supportive and encouraging. It has a brilliant working environment, you're always rewarded for the hard work that you put in and a beer at the end of a Friday is always welcoming!

Honestly, I love working at Venturi. I have worked at other recruitment agencies… I even left Venturi for a short period of time and came back!
The people that work here are amazing and I am proud to work alongside everyone here. We have an excellent marketing team which enables us to create genuinely interesting content to provide us with better insight into the tech market in Germany, the UK and the USA. Venturi is ahead of the game in its approach to recruitment, both with winning and retaining new business as well as sourcing candidates with very niche profiles.
