Cold atmosphere and unfriendly behaviour of some colleagues discourages you . Some of them think that they have the right to yell at you.
Some of the lawyers didn't even respond to the simple "good morning" greetings during the first month. The team is divided into "Gangs" or so called "BFF". Talking behind the back is a daily activity among team assistants. The most boring and dusty tasks are reserved for the new colleagues, like sorting and hanging the files.
