Nice colleagues but company culture and management got a lot worse

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Colleagues (non mgmt) were always very nice and always wanted to try help each other. Towards the end of my time people got quite overwhelmed with capacity. A good work life balance

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Management leaned towards mistrust and control. There was no direction or strategy for the company and then every quarter mgmt found a new team and person to blame for poor results.

I think it would be great to actually involve colleagues more in how to build a company together.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

A culture of fear and blame appeared during 2025. Blamed for something being historically wrong and then afraid to make changes because you would be shouted at in meetings.

Work-Life-Balance

Lots of parents so everybody worked flexible hours.

A new operations leader was very happy to shout at colleagues in meetings without the basic understanding of the tasks at hand.
