Can be much better, but currently absolute disaster.
Kommunikation
Communication is only 2 times a year in form of all employee meeting. One of them is usually to announce how many people are fired this year.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The atmosphere with colleagues locally is good, a mix of young and middle-aged people and in general working atmosphere is good.
But the mid level management and the top management in US is absolute crap.
Work-Life-Balance
Not good, no strategy hence no planning for the work load. Typical American mentality of get it done by end of the day/business.
Interessante Aufgaben
Interesting tasks and the company tried to enter into an interesting domain. But due to lack of vision and clueless management, a good opportunity was simply wasted inspite of having some excellent, dedicated young engineers.

Probably the only positive point. Good infrastructure, spacious rooms and height adjustable work desks.

According to the location, salary is good.

Not many possibilities of actual courses. Just a large online portal with some irrelevant courses.
