Senior Project Manager - Exciting Projects, super interesting environment
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Good atmosphere, very motivated colleagues
Image
Somehow image could be improved. Visteon is not so much known as other big players on this industry. But definitely does not need to hide! I can tell this from work-experience at some of the other players.
Work-Life-Balance
Work-life-Balance is ok, of course project management in automotive environment is challenging from time to time, but I think everybody is aware about this and wants some challenge. Not different like at other competitors.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Very good - great team and colleagues!
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My direct manager is great!
Arbeitsbedingungen
Very good! Nice office, free coffee, Sodex checks etc.
Kommunikation
As in all bigger companies, communication top-down could be slightly improved in some areas.
Interessante Aufgaben
One of the absolutey most interesting jobs and projects in automotive! Projects are absolutely future oriented!
