Everybody is afraid of losing his/her job. Therefore, no one can dare to defend any friend or whatsoever.

New building and passive air condition. However, there is no much employee left and you can feel it is kinda ghosted.
Kommunikation
I worked 3 years for Visteon and whole communications were about employee cut-offs, how challenging the business and why they need to cut off. Full of negative, I cannot remember even a single positive company news.
