It's telling how Vivy management keeps losing the plot. What still has to happen for something to change? The majority of colleagues are frustrated, many want to leave.
A company's most important asset is not its product. It's the people who work there. Vivy is a good example of what happens when management plays people off against each other. Put they personal interests in the foreground and lose the track of the company.

Because of the high fluctuation rate, work is becoming increasingly difficult. People who were there a week ago are suddenly gone. Since so many people have gone over months, a lot of important information has been lost. Professional work is not anymore possible.
