Fake it till you make it! This applies to many start-ups. You get money from investors if you successfully ignore reality, develop a cool image and convey this to the outside world at every opportunity, whether appropriate or not. As an employee, you get the impression that Volytica is no real exception here. At least a lot of effort is spent on this.
Work-Life-Balance
A start-up with an uncertain business model and few paying customers. Every customer, no matter how small, is important to maintain the storyline for investors. In other words, there is always work to be done.

There are not many options for advancement inside the company. Trainings have to be organized by yourself.

The office is centrally located. There are definitely not enough toilets. Working from home is officially possible, but not really welcomed.
Kommunikation
Very good among employees. Management does not always appear to be very experienced in business management. When things are not going well (and unfortunately that is very often the case), the atmosphere often becomes hectic, stressful and slightly agressive
Gleichberechtigung
In general, the proportion of women in the tech industry is below average. Therefore, the overall proportion of women is acceptable. Underrepresented in management. The salary gap is a topic that is not discussed.
