The work at VON DER HEYDEN Human Capital is very rewarding as the learning curve is steep on the projects even for experienced hires and you get to work with extremely fascinating clients as well as candidates.
The team is great and I enjoy working with every single colleague as I know I can rely on them and they can always rely on me.
Further, I am very grateful for the high value put on family matters. Kids and dogs are very welcome to be brought to the office anytime and - in case of urgent family matters - the team would always back me instantly.

We work entirely project based and given that we ultimately provide consulting services to our clients, pressure is high and it’s not a nine-to-five job. In my opinion, the Management can be really supportive in finding solutions to potential problems. At the same time, pressure is passed on in many instances which is not ideal.
