Boring job with a low salary and a passive aggressive boss
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Coworkers were friendly. But the Team Lead in Hamburg, is someone difficult to work with. He was passive-aggressive and constantly belittled me and my right to be there.
Work-Life-Balance
Normal 9-18hs job. No perks or advantages outside work. I was promised Staff Travel with LH during the interview process, and later was told this wasn’t a possibility.
Interessante Aufgaben
The work is extremely boring. You sit answering a chat and manually have to book what they ask for on another website. They try to sell it as an innovative product, but it’s really just a person behind the chat. Professionally you don’t get any valuable experience or education. They don’t even use Amadeus or any GDS. It’s probably the most mind-numbing job.
