Arbeit ist Leben und Leben ist Arbeit, es macht einfach Spaß seine Zeit so zu planen das es an den eigenen Vorstellungen angelehnt ist. Es gibt mal Wochen mit 30 und Wochen mit 50 Stunden, im mittel hat man Zeit für die Dinge die einem wichtig sind.
Wer es nicht erlebt hat, kann es nicht nachvollziehen. Man freut sich über die Erfolge anderer ohne Neid, ehrlich und aufrichtig, Standort übergreifend
Ich hatte verschiedene Führungskräfte und innerhalb der VVO sind diese auf einem anderen Level kompetent, emphatisch und respektvoll.
Manchmal gibt es sicher noch Möglichkeiten Informationen besser zu Verfügung zu stellen, aber wo ist das nicht so, Face to Face sehr wertschätzend!
