- Keep on improving communication between the two offices
- Managers should encourage their teams to make use of the training budget
- Maybe get a new office, or: When there's problems within the building someone needs to really press the building's management in order to make things happen
Arbeitsatmosphäre
There used to be an almost toxic atmosphere among people. With a change of structure in the management, key influencers leaving, and new open people joining it felt like the atmosphere got MUCH better.
Kommunikation
Definitely a weak point - of which management is aware of and keeps improving step by step.

Most management positions are filled now with people who genuinely care about their team.

Pretty young team so nothing to say about this one.
Arbeitsbedingungen
In general nice office in a central location. There used to be internet problems and AC disfunctioning but the company tried to solve that asap.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
Everyone has the opportunity to spend quite a sum each year on learning new things. Many people don't really use it though (don't want to spend time on searching something that's useful for their field?!).
