Improvement here is a continuous step and whatever I would write here, in the near future it probably will ba obsolete already...

Maybe just the prioritization of change should be changed.

Openminded Team with a lot of potential.

Work-Life-Balance

Flexible worktime and homoffice. Everything other need can be discussed openly or individually and the leader is open for adjustments, as long as it stays fair or acceptable between the colleagues.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Flat hierarchy, so do not expect to use this employer as a career ladder, but more like a long-term partnership.

Gehalt/Benefits

Benefits additional to the salary are changing time by time and the needs of the team... so I won't list what we got the time, I was working there. Better get an up to date impression at the time you aplly there for a job.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

No paper usage since... already when I started there in 2017.
The runners at webrunners run every year at the "Leselauf" for a good purpose... Shame on me and my running conditions... I never participated

Kollegenzusammenhalt

There was nothing where colleagues would have to stay together against ... against who or what?

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Respectful and also obvious.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

We had hard and fun times, but the fun times clearly win with advatage.
If you search for the absolut perfect leader, maybe somewhere outside earth, but this one will impress you.

Arbeitsbedingungen

You need something... Argue for it and you get it if it makes sense, that's all.
If you don't escalade, do not claim about things no one knows, that's it.

Simple as is.

Kommunikation

Transparency is a normality here, but sometimes there is to much communication (meetings) about low prio stuff, but like said just sometimes.

Gleichberechtigung

Not a topic in anyway. We never needed to talk about stuff like this and no one will ever have the need here. Sometimes opinions about politics or philosophy diverge... that's all you can expect here.

Interessante Aufgaben

Depends clearly on current customers and their needs. For a web agency I would say, the projects are all individual and never boring routine stuff and sometimes there is some outstanding project.
