What I like about the employer
Die Aufgaben sind sehr abwechslungsreich und man eignet sich viele verschiedene Fähigkeiten aus dem Marketingbereich an. Positiv ist ebenfalls die große Eigenverantwortung die einem zugetraut wird. Zuletzt ist ebenfalls die freundliche Atmosphäre im Team zu befürworten!

Das Team war immer sehr freundlich und man konnte mit dem Geschäftsführer immer persönlich und ohne Probleme offene Fragen klären.

What I like about the employer
Während meines 3-monatigen Praktikums durfte ich ein sehr freundliches, teamfähiges & kompetentes WeLikeWeb Team kennen lernen. Neben spannenden, interessanten & abwechslungsreichen E-Commerce & Kundenprojekte, kam auch der Spaß nicht zu kurz (z.B. gemeinsames Frühstück & Mittagspausen mit dem gesamten Team, usw.). Für mein weiteres Berufsleben konnte ich außerdem eine Menge an Know-How dazu gewinnen. Alles in einem waren die 3 Monaten Praktikum sehr lehrreich und schön.

Im Herzen Münchens gelegen ist Welikeweb eine sehr moderne und innovative Online Marketing Agentur. Die Räumlichkeiten sind top gepflegt, die Kommunikation mit den Kollegen ist sehr angenehm. What I like about the employer
Die Atmosphäre im Unternehmen ist super; die Kollegen sind alle noch sehr jung und zum Teil enge Freunde geworden - trotzdem arbeitet man sehr professionell zusammen. Als ich hier als Freelancer anfing, war ich skeptisch, ob ich für eine Agentur gemacht bin, doch schon nach der ersten Woche war ich mir sicher, die richtige Entscheidung getroffen zu haben. Das ist jetzt fast 1,5 Jahre her. Man lernt sehr viel, es gibt die Möglichkeit zu Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen und auch Teamevents finden regelmäßig statt. Es gibt zudem Obst, Kaffee und Tee kostenlos.

Die Küche könnte etwas sauberer sein ;-)
