Es gibt viele individuelle Möglichkeiten sich beruflich zu entwickeln, wenn man Lust auf Neues hat und offen ist.
Besonders wertschätzend ist die Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung sich persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Auch eine Berufsausbildung ist spannend, abwechslungsreich und richtig gut strukturiert- ich wäre auch gerne ein Auszubildender :-)!
