Verbesserungsvorschläge
From my perspective, there are three areas to improve: Gehalt/Sozialleistungen, Image and Weiterbildung. Otherwise, you're doing a fantastic job!!!
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
This is one of three areas which could be improved just a bit. But I'm certain that the current employees will grow with the agency, and reap some financial rewards, if they are willing the invest the time and effort!

The image of the company could also stand to be improved a bit, but that's a mission we've all chosen to accept! :-)
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I'm not 100% sure that there will really be an official "Weiterbildung". Or an innoficial one, for that matter. But I do know that I am learning so much on a daily basis about the workings of an agency (and that's because there is far more transparency than at any other agency I have worked for)! And I love the flexibility! Whatever I want to learn, I can learn. The management is super happy to support most employee initiatives to learn!
