What I like about the employer
Das Arbeitsklima ist sehr familiär und respektvoll. Entscheidungen können schnell getroffen werden, weil die Wege kurz sind und man direkten Zugang zur Geschäftsführung hat. Wer Eigeninitiative zeigt, bekommt viel Vertrauen und kann Verantwortung übernehmen.
