During both my internship and my ongoing master's thesis collaboration, I found the team to be genuinely helpful, welcoming, and friendly. Colleagues were approachable and made it easy to settle in and ask questions, which created a positive and supportive environment to work in.

Work-life balance was respected during my time at Whitecell Eisenhuth. Working hours were reasonable, and there was flexibility to manage my schedule around thesis deadlines and academic commitments, without feeling pressured to overwork.

The work itself was genuinely engaging from hands-on trials producing bipolar plate variants to mechanical testings on lab equipment like the Zwick/Roell LabMaster. It gave real, practical experience alongside the academic side of the thesis.

This collaborative approach made sure that no one felt overwhelmed or left behind, fostering a productive and engaging work environment.
