Dass man kritisch behandelt wird, es aber niemals unangenehm ist. Denn konstruktive Kritik ist sehr wertvoll.

Es wird nicht kritisch auf die Zeiten geschaut, aber zu viele Minusstunden fallen natürlich auch auf ;)
