What I like about the employer
Vielfalt in der Tätigkeit, es gibt viele Interessante Tätigkeiten bzw. zu erledigende Aufgaben, in die man als Angestellter fachlich gut eingewiesen wird. Dadurch kann selbst ein Quereinsteiger wie ich innerhalb kürzester Zeit neue Bereiche erlernen und ausführen.
Suggestions for improvement
Ich denke der Arbeitgeber mach schon sehr viel richtig im Umgang mit seinen Angestellten, hier und da gibt es sicherlich ein paar Stellschrauben wodurch die Abläufe noch verbessert werden können.
