There is a lot of trust in the employees and I don't have fear to make a mistake and did quite some, we talked about it, what was the reason for it, what did we learn, and what we can do to avoid it in the future.

I never worked overtime yet here, also work on the weekend never occurred to me, except for one time when I offered myself to work on the weekend to take off one day under the week.

I get challenged here very often and there are lots of different projects to work on and learn on.

They pay very fair, if you show a good performance this gets recognized. Got a bonus lately.

I think it's good, they asked me once if I own the building I am living because they wanted to offer to install solar power and rent the electricity to me.

It is a little chaotic sometimes, also it's getting more organized lately, so you don't understand every decision upfront, but they don't make a secret out of it. My ideas were always heard and discussed.

Got a really nice laptop to work on, can't tell you about the office as I am in the home office

They try to keep everyone informed, but this does not always work out and is a little chaotic, but the management is honest about it and aware. I am positive this will change in the future.
Interessante Aufgaben
There are different interesting projects going on, there is less fun work involved sometimes, but even those are usually not repetitive tasks.
