Sie war mal sehr angenehm, nach dem ganzen Leitungswechsel, massiv nachgelassen

Man traut schon keiner Leitung mehr über den Weg wenn man weiß man hat am nächsten Tag frei

Es war mal Team aber wenn selbst die Wohnbereichsleitung nicht zum Team steht. Die PDL mit lästert wird es anstrengend und man redet mit niemanden

Wenn sie schlau ist gehen wo bevor sie älter werden

Eine reinste Katastrophe, weder ein neutrales oder vorbildliches Verhalten. Wie eben schon gesagt . Leider Leitungen, die an der Position nichts zu suchen haben. Aber es wird den so vorgelebt . Läster und zieh mit oder du kannst gehen

Massiver Druck , massive Unruhe , kein Verständnis

Fehlerhaft, bis garnicht. Mangelhaft Kompetenz, es wird gelogen es wird gelästert es wird verspottet… es war mal anders schade
