A driven team with open communication and hands-on founders

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Workist has a highly motivated team where direct feedback, open communication, and honesty are part of the culture. I especially appreciated how closely the founders worked with the teams on the product and new features.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Nothing negative to mention. I only decided to leave because another opportunity aligned more closely with the AI skills I wanted to develop. Unfortunately, there was no capacity for an internal move to the other AI team at the time.
