Nothing in particular. I think they are doing a great at listening to their employees and making changes when necessary.
My experience has been always great. I think Workist is doing great at identifying improvements proactively and making changes. So at the moment I wrote this, I could not identify specific improvements they haven't already addressed.

Noch etwas mehr Präsenz von den Gründern wäre schön gewesen. Etwas mehr Produktschulungen hätten geholfen.
