Die Teamevents, die Werte und die eindeutige Kommunikation der Orga-Ziele.
Die Atmo ist wirklich einzigartig. Es wird an vielen Fronten behauptet, dass man sich umeinander kümmert und die Werte lebt, aber hier passiert es wirklich. Man hat nie Scheu Fragen zu stellen oder Vorgesetzte anzusprechen und wird von Tag 1 herzlich aufgenommen.
Das Leben geht hier definitiv vor. Das Vertrauen ist groß genug, dass man seine Zeit selbst einteilen kann, was besonders als Studentin ein großes Plus für mich ist. Solange die Arbeit vollständig und sorgfältig erledigt wird, sind alle zufrieden. Aber mal ganz davon abgesehen: Man will eh immer ins Büro kommen, um das Team zu sehen.

Für ein Start-Up definitiv im oberen Mittelfeld.
Alle wissen, wo es lang geht und jeder darf seinen eigenen Weg zum Ziel ausprobieren. Und wenn man mal vom Weg abweicht... dann helfen die Kollegen, wo sie können.
Vertrauensvoll und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Wort "Führung" wird gelebt und man wird unterstützt, wenn es nötig ist. Es wird gleichzeitig viel Freiraum gelassen, was für ein Gefühl der Wertschätzung und des Vertrauens sorgt.
Die Kommunikation in den Teams ist unübertroffen. Zwischen den Teams hakt es manchmal noch ein bisschen aber das ist auch der HO Situation geschuldet.
In meiner Stelle definitiv! Von A bis Z obliegt meine Aufgabe komplett mir. Und wenn ich Hilfe brauche, dann bekomme ich sie. Man muss nur fragen.

I'm mostly working remotely, but I feel as if I am among my colleagues all the time. This is a digital-native company.
Workpath is perceived as one of the leaders in enabling tomorrow's working world.
This company is highly outcome-driven, so you can perfectly integrate work into your daily schedule. It's not a necessity to do 9-5, but a necessity to solve the problems of our clients. The rest is mostly up to you.
In a scaling company, personal development is mostly a question of freedom and motivation. Workpath supports to pursue tailored personal development paths.
For a part-time role, I earn above average (vs industry standards) - which motivates me even further to deliver great outcomes.
The team is consisting of people making every day of the team (and the customers with Workpath's vision and product) better. Also, all work towards a better future - not only for New Work purposes.
The People Team is among the diamonds of this company. With a lot of compassion and creativity, they manage to make work as great as possible and continuously foster a great team spirit.

Communication is among the best it can be. Because of the fast-changing world of a start-up and the fact that I work remotely, sometimes insights are only communicated face-to-face.
There is a heavy meritocracy of the best ideas. If you have a good idea that can help your customers or clients to succeed, you are allowed to do so. Within strategic guardrails for sure.
The change from being in our wonderful office in the middle of Munich to going "full remote" worked seamlessly, showing the advantages of being a fully digital company. We implemented "remote coffee / tea - breaks" in the morning and in the afternoon, keeping up the team spirit .

Two of Workpath's core values are 1) to be fierce and 2) to always be caring for each other, something the team takes very serious. It's a motivating and warm atmosphere with colleagues that are eager to win.
A lot of employees of their customers and partners are actually applying at Workpath, I think they did a good job there.
It's certainly not the average 9-to-5 job and if you don't like going the extra-mile and sometimes work over-hours to make sure the customer is happy, this is not the right place. However, the effort is always appreciated and you see the impact of your time invested.
As the company is growing really fast, there is a lot of opportunity to grow fast and move into new positions on a regulars basis. Plus there are plenty of offers like their "Knowledge Sessions" where team members host workshops to learn from each other, also about topics that go beyond work like meditation or personal finance.
It's a startup but for that they pay beyond average.
All business trips within Germany have to be done by train and the founding team emphasizes the company's responsibility on a frequent basis.
I've never worked in a professional team with such strong ties between team members and across teams. Particularly customer success, sales and product are super close.
The overall team is relatively young, but I've never felt like age plays an important role. There certainly are people in different phases of their lives and they are all well-integrated.
Most of the leaders are in their mid to late thirties, so it is a relatively young team. However, as "practice what we preach" is one of Workpath's operating principles, I found the leadership team highly professional and was impressed by how much they were eager to continuously get better.
It's really cool office spaces, the company just renovated the space and introduced a lot of new plants, couches, lights and computers. Also the little kitchen got an upgrade.
The company has a very structured and well-established rhythm of town hall meetings for the entire organization, personal 1-on-1s, founder sessions and team events where the leadership team tries to communicate as transparent as possible. Things move fast at Workpath, so sometimes you need to make sure you keep track of all the updates, but in general I never felt left out or poorly informed.
For a tech company the gender ratio is pretty good (40% women) and the leadership team makes sure to focus on this in recruiting and hiring. It's an international team with people coming not just from Germany, but also from Spain or South Africa.
You basically work on solutions for the future of work and are super close to (actually inside) some of Europe's largest and most successful enterprises. My personal learning curve, working directly with the customer and enhancing the tech platform for them, was very fulfilling.
