Love the team spirit! It's such a friendly and helpful environment which enables you to grow (of course there's proactiveness from our side required as well).
Love the option to grow not only up but also in other departments.
Also really appreciate the new work methods we use, agile working and the flexibility we have (homeoffice, remote work - I think appr. 30-40 days per year).

It's a big challenge for every company I guess: Including all the (fully) remote colleagues into the culture.
Office is nice but still has more potential (they are working on it, we have an office manager now who takes care).

With fast growth comes a lot of opportunities to develop in your career here. Yet, the path is not 100% clear with all the (senior) new hires coming in.
Fair for a startup, but cannot compare to corporate salaries.

There are possibilities to develop and position yourself within the organization. But only the future shows if that works...
For a Start-up it is fine.
One very important topic for Workpath. End of 2021 the meaningful outcome campaign was started and one part of that campaign was "how can we be more sustainable"
As already said, great spirit and so it is absolutely fun to work at Workpath! I would also meet my colleagues outside of work.
More senior colleagues are very welcome, especially because the young workforce really appreciates their experiences.
They definitely do the best they can. So far very junior leadership team with limited experiences in leading people, but this is now getting better with very experienced new VPs from Software Unicorns.
Nothing to complain!
We are using OKRs so transparency is key. Short communication lines.

Most interesting is that you can learn so much about strategy execution in big corporations.

Colleagues are super super nice and helpful from day 1. They try to include everyone as good as possible. You get an appreciation for being there really fast. Also there is a good base of trust. You get your responsibilities very fast.
I only work part time so this is fine for me, no one is expecting me to work more, they are respecting my worktime schedule. Can't evaluate it regarding a fulltime employment.
They are focused on behaving sustainable as good as they can.
Can only evaluate this within my team so far, but this is really great and inspiring. Really nice personalities and everyone cares!
There are not many older colleagues
Respectful and trustful. Proactive behavior. Honest and direct feedback.

Regular info meetings for the whole company (town hall meeting, every 2 weeks) and weekly (daily) updates with my team. Possibility to ask anonymous questions in the town hall meeting is a pretty good option as well. And also spontaneous questions get answered during the Q&A Session every 2 weeks. There is also a (monthly) company survey where you can tell everything whats on your mind.
Young company with a strong mission, there a lots of interesting to-dos. For me it was very personalized - based on my strenghts and interests. Love it.

Die Arbeitsatmosphäre hat mir von Anfang an sehr gut gefallen. Es herrscht ein lockeres Verhältnis zu den sehr netten Kolleginnen und Kollegen, woraus viel Spaß an der Arbeit resultiert.
Man hat bei der Arbeitsplatz- und Arbeitszeitgestaltung viele Freiräume und kann damit Arbeit und Privates gut miteinander vereinen.
Aufgrund des schnell wachsenden Unternehmens hat man optimale Karriere- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten - auch innerhalb seines Teams.
Wie bereits beschrieben ist der Kollegenzusammenhalt stark ausgeprägt. Durch die aktuelle Covid-19-Situation fällt jedoch leider viel face-to-face-Zeit mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen weg.
Das Vorgesetztenverhalten ist immer unterstützend und hilfreich. Auch die Mischung zwischen aktiver Kommunikation und Zeit, eigene Dinge zu erledigen, stimmt sehr gut.
Das Gesamtpaket bei Workpath (nette Kolleginnen und Kollegen, hervorragende technische Ausstattung, schönes Office etc.) stimmt!
Auch die Kommunikation ist sehr gut. Man ist in ständigem Austausch mit seinem Team und auch unternehmensweit stimmt der Mix zwischen Kommunikation und Zeit, seinen Aufgaben selbstständig nachzukommen.
Die Aufgaben sind abwechslungsreich und spannend.
