benefits such as Jobrad, food supply or baV are missing. That is something to really improve on. But 4 stars because that is actually the expectation that I had

mostly young colleagues but the elderly are loved and appreciated

really transparent about everything. CEO does speak in biweekly townhalls about the current status quo.

Love the team spirit! It's such a friendly and helpful environment which enables you to grow (of course there's proactiveness from our side required as well).
Love the option to grow not only up but also in other departments.
Also really appreciate the new work methods we use, agile working and the flexibility we have (homeoffice, remote work - I think appr. 30-40 days per year).
Regular team events.
Like that colleagues/leadership really appreciates feedback and want to become better!
