Working for wundertax in Corona times is a pleasure

Just yesterday, our CEO surprised us with a Corona Bonus for the good work I/we did during Corona times. Nobody knew about it and expected it. This was a great surprise.
We were one of the first to move to home office in March and I got great support at home when needed (e.g. IT, translations, other support)
We also regularly got Corona "care packages" sent home (medical kit, hoodies, Easter package, explanation of Corona regulations, etc.). None of my friends got all of this! Thanks again

Corona situation is managed and reviewed on a weekly basis; a longer term plan would be great but is perhaps not possible as nobody really knows what happens with infections.

Kollegenzusammenhalt
Everybody helps everyone. I especially profit from it as non-German speaking colleagues. Currently, colleagues help me to understand all the German Corona regulations
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Management has to do a lot and also actively contributes operationally to secure further growth. However, managers always take the time to help and answer questions. It this is not possible right away, they let me know and we make up a date/time to discuss

Despite a young team, we all like to work with our 60+ colleagues

I am not quite sure what to answer here. We do have a partnership as a climate neutral company and also divide garbish. We probably could do more
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I think this is fair but not as good as in a large corporate; therefore I have more freedom

I can only tell from "stories" but some people who left seem to talk badly about the company

No general budget but my manager evaluates my development needs and we just planned a workshop for me to improve my skills
