A different place, but where I want to be.
Wofür möchtest du deinen Arbeitgeber im Umgang mit der Corona-Situation loben?
Everything just worked from the first day on without issues. It was not even a discussion if homeoffice or not. We're still at home office but everyone who wants to go to the office will find every required protection measures which makes sense.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
We can do so much stuff and receive support whenever we ask.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I always have the feeling that everybody delivers everything she/he can to make it a success. If I need support I always got it.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Again the German way, who likes it direct and honest: this is the right address for you. But there are not entertainer... ;-)
Arbeitsbedingungen
It is great that we have the tools we need and make sense. Everything which is not already meaningful gets improved continuously.
Kommunikation
Sometimes you can call it the German way of communication, which is very direct. I like that very much, but I understand that some people might like the British way even more.
Gleichberechtigung
We're impressive diverse for such a small team.
