Working from home can also be productive
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Even though we are all working from home, we have cohesive working atmosphere. And the work attitude is generally very good among teams. We have clear goal to strive for and we all focus to achieve.
Kommunikation
Even though I am the only person who cannot use German in daily conversation, communication was not a problem at all. I could not imagine that it is so much easier than I was working in a huge office among 300+ colleagues everyday. It is faster and more efficient with the right tools.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The team is small but it means that is easier to bond. Sometimes, we talk multiple times in meetings. And we have events to close our gaps at least 2 times per year with all people together.
Work-Life-Balance
One of the flexibility to work from home and a small team is that, we can adjust our working hours among teammates easily. We can handle our daily lives with clear communication and work coverage while we need to have a small break in the day, either pick up our child from nursery. Or a longer lunch break to walk with dog.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Teams are really focused on the outcome. Therefore, we do not struggle with each other. We only consider for what can lead us better to achieve our goal. Supervisors are all focusing on that. Being an expert on particular domain, providing constructive advice has never been a problem to convince supervisors.

Tasks are interesting and also challenging.
Gleichberechtigung
As a member from an overseas background, I feel being really respected and also being considered within entire company. Everyone is willing to explain things once again in English. I always feel being cared about.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I joined the company at a quite early stage. But colleagues who joined earlier are really helpful and really patient to introduce anything. But yet, everyone is actually quite fresh in the company.

I am working from home and I have all the support from company to equip my room. I am really comfortable in work.
