more women than average in Berlin startups
very good technology systems
- Very good and friendly colleagues;
- Team events were nice;
- Redbull and cookies in the office
- Management is not flexible regarding Home office and Working hours;
- HR is not involved into many processes;
- A lot of long meetings, especially during lunch time.
- Increase Home Office policy;
- Decrease amount of meetings and people involved there!
- Give to employees flexible working hours (not just from 9 to 18);
- Please, hire cleaning lady and dont push your employees to clean the kitchen;
- Return people from short-time first, before hiring new employees;
- Listen to the employees feedbacks.
Colleagues are very nice and friendly, but management is not flexible:
- Working from office during Corona time is not optional;
- Only 2 days per month for Home office
Also super annoying Kitchen police work, where employees need to clean the kitchen and bring the trash.
- Not possible to get Home office more then 2 days in the month;
- Working hours are not flexible.
Company gives a chance to change position internally.
Very magical bonus system..mostly unfair.
Nice team events :)
Nice collective: smart and friendly colleagues, nice team events.
only C-level
- Quarterly Goals are unrealistic and not corresponding to the team itself (like xx Revenue for development team);
- Product,BI and IT team have different goals.
- Uncomfortable chairs;
- New Mackbook only for new colleagues from Product team.
Company has lack of communication between the departments and C-level.
Goals and task management is not aligned.
Hire more women in IT! :)
Tasks are different: from creating an user-story to cleaning the kitchen :)
- If your colleague lefts the company, in most of the cases there would be no replacement employee.
very personal interaction
very performance focused
notebooks for everybody

Pizza sometimes - free drinks. I am jocking, you really think those things could be relevant, considering all it's missing?? Dear Employer think about it.
All highlighted above. Of course NOT SUGGESTED.
- Treat MEN and WOMEN on the same level!! You MUST as the law says that!!
- Do not oblige people to cover tasks from different roles. Hire more people!
- SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE IS MANDATORY FOR THE LAW!
- Treat people with respect.
- DO NOT WRITE good reviews on Kununu just to cover the REAL bad ones!
People feel frustrated as the management is very bad and this is the working atmosphere.
Flexible working hours.
No careers opportunity.
Some colleagues are really friendly and highly professional, unfortunately frustrated by the poor management.
HR and Top Management - attention to employees: very low - safety in the work place: ZERO (so many people in a room like animals in a cage + minimum requirements for workstations completely ignored; they absolutely don't care even if you tell them) - not competency. Where is HR?? Concretely not existing.
Some colleagues are good.
You are hired for a role and they oblige you to cover many tasks from different roles, for the same low salary.
If you try to talk to them about that, they completely close the communication with you and they treat you like not existing even deleting you from meetings (unprofessional behaviour).
HR & Top Management: they tell you before signing the contract, they will offer you for sure a new contract at the end of the first one but it's absolutely not true.
No clear communication from the top management: every day they change ideas, target are not clear, sales training not well structured; absolutely no clear directions about the sales strategy; absolutely no transparency.
MEN CULTURE (really bad!!): women, in the job tasks, in the communication and even in the workplace staff, are treated at a "below level" compared to men. Scandalous! LAW SAYS MEN AND WOMEN ARE THE SAME! Humiliating behaviour from the "top" management.
No clear communication from the closest management: young not experienced people.
MEN CULTURE.
If you are smart you can learn a lot, not because the management invest in you but because you can have a good approach and desire to learn, from other colleagues as well.
free snacks and drinks
communication should be clearer. often people dont understand fully what management is explaining
free lunches - i have seen this in other startups
pragmatic attitude, solution focused, allows young people to take on big responsibilities
rigid working hours
more quiet space in the office, more meeting rooms
fun to be here. fast pace, demanding work, view of the zoo elephants and friday beers
it's a startup, you can work from home regularly
really nice people from different backgrounds
fair
close and cozy, great office, free snacks, drinks,
lots of numbers and information, sometimes too much
fair
big budgets and responsibilities
